About
A mother's story, a mission, a movement.
Helen Ibáñez is a mother, author, life coach, and autism parent advocate. She founded NeuroPhoenix from the honest belief that no family should face this journey alone.

The Journey
Five chapters that became a calling.
- 01
Chapter 1
Before the diagnosis
A family like many others — routines, laughter, worries that felt small. And a growing quiet feeling that something needed a closer look.
- 02
Chapter 2
Receiving the diagnosis
The words that split the day in two. Love, fear, and a hundred questions I didn't know how to ask.
- 03
Chapter 3
The burnout
Months of appointments, sleepless nights, and the invisible weight only another parent understands. I disappeared inside my own life.
- 04
Chapter 4
The rebuilding
Slowly, honestly — with books, therapists, and other mothers. I studied, I trained, I put pieces of myself back together.
- 05
Chapter 5
The birth of NeuroPhoenix
From that rebuilding came a promise: that no family walking this path would have to walk it alone.
"I didn't create NeuroPhoenix because I wanted to become a coach. I created it because I wanted families like mine to know they are not alone."
