Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website or purchase a NeuroPhoenix program, workshop, book, or digital resource. NeuroPhoenix is operated by Helen Ibáñez. By booking or purchasing, you accept these terms.

NeuroPhoenix coaching is educational and supportive. It provides emotional support, education, and practical strategies for parents and caregivers navigating neurodiversity, and it complements the work of healthcare providers, therapists, educators, and ABA teams.

Coaching is NOT therapy or psychotherapy. Coaching is NOT medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Coaching does NOT replace ABA therapy. Coaching does NOT replace psychological evaluations. Coaching does NOT replace psychiatric treatment or crisis intervention.

If you or your child need clinical care, please work with a licensed professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Program and workshop fees are shown on this site in US dollars and are payable in advance unless a written payment plan has been agreed. Program pricing shown as "starting at" may be personalized after your Discovery Call, and the final agreed price will be confirmed in writing before payment.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your card details. You are responsible for any taxes or bank charges applicable in your country.

A discovery call is free and carries no obligation.

Workshops are $75 USD. You may request a full refund up to 7 days before the scheduled session. Within 7 days of the session, the fee is non-refundable, but your place may be transferred once to a future date. If NeuroPhoenix cancels or reschedules a workshop and the new date does not suit you, you receive a full refund.

If a coaching program is not the right fit, contact us before your second session and we will refund the unused portion of the fee. After the second session, fees are non-refundable, though remaining sessions may be rescheduled within six months.

Individual sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed, are counted as delivered.

Coaching results depend on your participation. You remain responsible for your own decisions, and for the decisions you make for your family. No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.

What you share in sessions stays confidential, except where the law requires disclosure or where there is a serious risk to someone's safety. We ask that you keep the content of group sessions confidential too.

Books, workbooks, workshop materials, recordings, the NeuroPhoenix Method™, the NeuroPhoenix name and logo, and all site content are the property of NeuroPhoenix and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

They are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish, or teach from them without written permission.

Testimonials shared on this site are real and published with permission; some are shown with initials and location where the person preferred not to be named. Individual experiences vary and are not a guarantee of results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuroPhoenix and Helen Ibáñez are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of income or emotional distress, arising from your use of this website or our services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, United States.
